Family Strategies is licensed as an Outpatient Treatment Center by the Arizona Department of Health Services Medical Division. We are an approved graduate internship site for several universities, including Ottawa University, Northern Arizona University, Fuller Seminary, University of Phoenix, and BYU Idaho. Family Strategies supervisors are approved by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health to provide clinical supervision for the licensing of therapists.
Appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full agreed-upon fee for the session. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment (that you have not called to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session) you will be charged the full fee for the session. You are responsible for keeping track of and attending your sessions.
