I commend you for starting your journey towards healing and serenity; I truly believe it is one of the most important things we can do on this earth.

I received my B.S. of Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University, and I am working towards my Master’s of Social Work at Arizona State University. I’ve been working in mental/behavioral health for 4 years now, and my experience includes working with individuals, couples, and children ages 5-17.

I am an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist – Candidate through the Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP), and I am passionate about helping individuals and their families heal from the impact of pornography and sexual addiction. During my time at Indiana Wesleyan University, I founded an organization to help students struggling with pornography addiction and sexual issues. I am also passionate about working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, and symptoms relating to trauma, and I use an attachment-based and person-centered approach to come alongside you and help you find your path to healing.

When I’m not working, studying, or interning, I enjoy hiking, making music, traveling internationally, and scouting out the best local coffee.
