I see you.
I see you hustling to get more done—to be the perfect parent/spouse/employee/leader/human.
I see that under your polished exterior, you are exhausted, stressed out, and ready for a change.
I see you feel unappreciated but left frustrated and guilty that you feel this way.
I see you breakdown in those heavy, lonely moments when you think no one notices.
I hear you.
I hear your inner thoughts (the ones you only admit to your therapist):
“I’m working myself ragged, and I’m still not enough.”
“If I could just (fill in the blank), then I will be happy.”
“Why does (fill in the blank: parenting, life, work, marriage, staying in shape, having it all together, etc.)
seem so easy for (fill in the blank: name of the person who appears to have it all)?”
“Someday, when (fill in the blank: I make more money, the kids are grown, I’m less stressed out, etc.,)
then I’ll have time to work on my own happiness.”
But I also hear the still, small voice that says, “Despite it all, I’m still trying.”
I’ve been there.
I do just enough and give 90%—always staying safe by holding back just a little bit, staying small to avoid being criticized,
and being afraid to show up as the real (imperfect) ME.
I have become so risk-averse that I struggle to know what inspires me.
I find myself numbing and my soul is aching for that something that fills me up.
I’ve got you covered.
Whether you’re trying to be a better parent, partner, friend, leader, or human (surely one of these applies to you!), you can rest assured that

Each week we will explore topics that tackle the scary gremlins that tell us “it’s not time yet” or “wait till you’re smarter, more fun, prettier, in shape, educated, confident, etc.” This weekly group will be a safe place for you to challenge the shame and perfection that holds you hostage. We will teach you how to show up in a way that is more present, connected, and authentic to who you want to be. You will become more self-aware, increase your self-compassion, and develop strong, healthy connections. You will move this work into your bones and actively rewrite the narrative that you no longer need or want. We will do this through teaching, sharing, empathy, self-care, practical tools, education, creativity, multimedia, and practice assignments. You will explore an arena of your choice and apply the concepts to live wholeheartedly. In this group, we will circle through Dr. Brené Brown’s three curricula: The Gifts of Imperfection™, Daring Greatly™, and Rising Strong™.

In Daring Greatly™, we get clear on what holds our highest value and how shame, perfection, and fear keep us from staying in those values. You will learn WHAT shame and fear messages keep YOU hidden and isolated. We will teach you how to practice empathy and self-compassion, resulting in you showing up in a way that feels courageous and bold. In Daring Greatly™, you choose an arena you would like to work on and with the help of a certified facilitator, you will begin living life inside of the arena. It will be messy. It will be challenging. It will be life-changing!
Rising Strong™ Groups, 8 Weeks
Women’s & Men’s Virtual Workshops
Rising Strong for Women: TBD
The cost of this group will be $600.
Rising Strong™ is about what happens after you fall down and how you get back up. You will stumble. You will fall. Life can be full of disappointment, heartache, and pain. We understand this and we also know you no longer want to negotiate your joy and fulfillment by living in fear of “what if I fail?” In fact, the more you live courageously- the more falls you will experience. Dr. Brené Brown understands how your “story” matters. We get inside your story and learn through a creative, research-proven, 3-step process, to rewrite your story using: The Reckoning. The Rumble. The Revolution.™ In this group, we will write SFDs and rumble with hard topics such as living BIG, grief and forgiveness, criticism, shame, and trust. Then, it’s time to rise strongly as you write your brave new ending. What story do YOU keep telling yourself that keeps YOU stuck?!
10 Guideposts for Wholehearted Living for Helping Professionals Workshop
Men & Women Combined (Helping Professionals: therapists, nurses, medical field workers, teachers, front line, essential workers, etc.)
Next Session: TBD
The cost of this workshop is $300 in total. *Offered at a reduced cost. Thank you for being a “helper!”
Are you feeling burnout and have nothing left for those who you love the most? If one more person asks you for something, do you feel like you might crack?! Burnout is real and being a “helper” can be rewarding and DRAIN us simultaneously! In this 10 week workshop, we will use the 10 Guideposts to refill our cups, giving us the courage to lean into continuing to show up for those we love and those we help.
The Gifts of Imperfections™ Workshop, 12 Weeks (45 minutes)
Women’s & Men’s Classes
Do you find yourself worrying about what others think? Is it hard for you to let loose and be silly? Do you feel guilty if you aren’t productive ALL the time? In the Gifts of Imperfections™ workshop, we become intentional in living a wholehearted life. Using Brené’s 10 Guideposts, we will learn to engage in our lives from a place of worthiness. Instead of operating from “What will people think?” we move towards “I am imperfect and I am enough.” This shortened class helps us get the work done and as Brené says, “We are born makers. We move what we’re learning from our heads to our hearts through our hands.” Take this self-discovery journey with us as we quiet our self-doubt with meaningful work, we let go of comparison through our creativity and practice calm and stillness instead of anxiety as a lifestyle.
*This will be a hands-on virtual workshop and some basic supplies will be needed. The workbook is included.

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process, facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Further information is available at brenebrown.com.

The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong is a book about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.

Here’s how Brené describes the progression of her work:
- The Gifts of Imperfection – Be you.
- Daring Greatly – Be all in.
- Rising Strong – Fall. Get up. Try again.
