Help as unique as your pain.
Individual grief sessions are designed to help youth, parents, partners, and adult extended family members process and heal after bereavement. Therapy is appropriate for those who have suffered from the emotional ordeal of the death of a loved one or friend. Psychoeducation will be provided about the grief journey and how it applies to personal coping. Session topics will include addressing and embracing the feeling of helplessness, increasing personal functioning, understanding the long-term emotional response of those impacted by the death, and moving towards deeper meaning and internal peace. Grief and loss group programs run on an as-needed basis.
