Everyone has a story to tell and one of the things I love most is to listen to people share their stories and experiences. Most of us have far more to say than we can usually ever express verbally.

As a therapist, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to promote healing and growth and work through past experiences and trauma that may be holding us back. My own story and journey has led me to become a therapist later in life. Sitting on the therapy couch can be scary and intimidating, but I have been there and know what it feels like. It is an honor and a privilege to participate in the healing process and see the connection, growth and changes that can happen through honest communication and intentional work.

I enjoy working with couples, teens, families and individuals who are seeking to find a better way of being for themselves.

My lifetime of parenting five children, marriage to my best friend for 28 years, being a sister, daughter, friend and colleague has given me the best education and experience to prepare me for this work. My hobbies include traveling all over the world, cooking, reading, gardening, watching movies, playing games, and spending time with my family and friends.
