Areas of Specialty:

With over two decades of work in the field of mental health, I am committed to supporting individuals through life's challenges. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide spectrum of issues. Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties, I approach each client with empathy, understanding, and a wealth of experience to draw upon.

One area of expertise that holds a special place in my heart is the treatment of hypersexual behaviors and intimate betrayal. Through specialized training and a comprehensive understanding of these complex dynamics, I provide a safe space for individuals and couples to explore, heal, and grow.

In addition to individual and couples counseling, I am available for consultation, public presentations, and educational workshops on the topics within my areas of specialty. Whether you seek support on a personal journey or wish to enrich your organization with insights into mental wellness, I am here to guide and empower you every step of the way.

On a personal note - my husband and I have been married for 34 years. We have two adult married children and recently welcomed a precious new granddaughter. Family is at the core of who I am, and I bring this deep appreciation for relationships and connections into my counseling practice.
