Kim Buck, LPC, CCS, CSAT
Clinical Director

Areas of Specialty:
Making the decision to see a counselor is not an easy one, and I honor the courage it takes to do it. I am privileged to work with amazing individuals who bravely face difficulties with the things that may not be working quite right in their lives. I am inspired by and blessed to witness both the work and the healing.
To give a little background, I have over 16 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic with a mixture of several different modalities I tailor to meet each client’s individual needs. I am a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT), a certified clinical sexologist (CCS) and approved supervisor for the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. At Family Strategies Counseling Center I am the clinical director and supervisor for intern and associate level counselors seeking training and licensure. I am also a Ph.D. candidate in the area of Human Sexuality.
On a more personal note, I have been married for 30 years to a good man who also happens to be a good friend, and together we have two adult married kids. I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, gardening, laughing, reading, and every October, going to as many haunted houses as I can with my thrill-seeking family!
