Life happens to all of us. It is easy to feel overwhelmed by unexpected or difficult situations. Working together, we will navigate through your unique circumstances and move toward greater balance, safety, and peace. I have been working in the mental health field for over twenty years treating a variety of issues, but have very specialized training in the treatment of general sexual health challenges, problematic sexual behaviors, and intimate betrayal.

On a personal note – my husband and I have been married for 34 years and together we have two adult married kids and a new granddaughter. I love to travel, garden, bake, and read, and I have a voracious appetite for learning anything new!

I am also available for consultation, public presentations, and education on the topics in my areas of specialty.
