I believe the purpose of therapy is to empower individuals to recognize that they are enough and they already have the tools within themselves to thrive. I strive to meet you where you are at and provide a safe, validating, and welcoming place to explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It is my desire to both sit with you in the lows and celebrate with you at the highs and make space for the breadth and depth of those feelings.

I completed a Master’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University with specialized certifications in Trauma-Informed Social Work Practice and School Social Work. I am primarily a trauma-based therapist and utilize EMDR, Attachment-based work, Play therapy, Trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy, and Sand tray therapy.

In my spare time, I love to hike, read, try new food, play board games, and spend time with friends and family. I’m always on the lookout for a good recipe or book recommendation!

“True belonging is the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are.” – Brene’ Brown
