Nick Miller, LPC
Areas of Specialty:
For the past 5 years, I have worked as a licensed counselor in community behavioral health, helping children and adolescents navigate difficult life stressors. I have had the privilege of seeing many of my clients and their caregivers connect and overcome traumatic circumstances to create happy and safe homes. I have assisted teens in the juvenile justice system working through barriers related to oppositional behaviors and substance abuse to reach their full potential. It has been greatly fulfilling to help my clients grow their ability to cope in healthy ways, develop positive supports, and succeed in diminishing feelings of shame and loneliness. My hope is to help instill the confidence and courage to push clients to pursue their life goals.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my beautiful wife of 10 years and my dog, Puff. I also enjoy music production, songwriting, and playing guitar on weekend gigs.
