I am a counseling intern currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I believe that choosing to begin counseling is an act of courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they explore their inner strengths, face challenges, and create meaningful change.

My approach is strength-based and rooted in the belief that healing happens when individuals feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can sit with their experiences—without judgment—and develop practical skills, tools, and insights to navigate their environments and life transitions with greater confidence.

Outside of counseling, I find joy and grounding in many things and am endlessly curious. I love spending time with my husband and our three children. Additionally, friends, yoga, hiking, visual art, and being in nature energize my life
