In Daring Greatly™ , we get clear on what holds our highest value and how shame, perfection, and fear keep us from staying in those values. You will learn WHAT shame and fear messages keep YOU hidden and isolated. We will teach you how to practice empathy and self-compassion, resulting in you showing up in a way that feels courageous and bold. In Daring Greatly™, you choose an arena you would like to work on and with the help of a certified facilitator, you will begin living life inside of the arena. It will be messy. It will be challenging. It will be life-changing! | |
