The greatest gift I can offer others is hope. I understand firsthand how freeing it can be to release the “weight” of worry and heartache, and I am passionate about helping clients find the peace and balance they seek. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
During my practicum, I worked with parents and infants experiencing opioid withdrawal and witnessed the remarkable resilience of individuals choosing recovery and renewal for themselves and their families. Since 2006, I have attended hundreds of addiction recovery meetings and provided counseling and support to individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult challenges. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level 1.
In addition to my work with Family Strategies, I am a mother of six and have been married for 30 years. I enjoy spending time outdoors—paddleboarding, biking, swimming, and hiking—and I love to unwind with a good book or a favorite movie.
