The greatest gift I can give others is hope.  I have had times in my life when I have been weighed down and have struggled to find relief.  Through it all, I have sought and craved one thing:  hope.  I know firsthand how liberating and freeing it can be to truly let go of the “weight” of excess worry and heartache.  These experiences have made me want to help others find hope.  I am grateful for the opportunity to help you in your journey.

I am a clinical intern at Family Strategies pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health.  I completed my practicum working with parents and infants withdrawing from opioid addictions, and I was able to witness the firm resolve of brave men and women carving a new path free of addiction for themselves and their families.  Since 2006, I have attended hundreds of addiction recovery meetings meetings and counseled with individuals in their most difficult moments.

In addition to being an intern at Family Strategies, I am a mother of six children and have been married for 29 years.  I enjoy all things outdoors including paddleboarding, swimming and hiking.  I also enjoy singing and a good decompress watching a favorite movie!
