I believe life’s most challenging moments can also be powerful opportunities for growth, healing, and deeper self-awareness. My aim is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, uncover your strengths, and work toward a future that feels aligned with your values. Walking alongside you on this journey, I offer both guidance and practical support to navigate your unique challenges.
I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, grief, and loss, as well as supporting clients through life transitions, pregnancy, and personal growth. My approach is tailored and compassionate, with specialties in trauma recovery, grief and bereavement, maternal and women’s mental health, and couples counseling. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices, I help clients find stability, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose. My training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Gottman Method allows me to support clients in building stronger relationships and navigating trauma with resilience and hope.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Emphasis in Trauma and a Master of Public Health, bringing a comprehensive approach to mental health and healing. As a Certified First Responder Associate (CFRA) counselor, I am trained to support first responders, understanding the unique challenges they face. In addition, I have specialized knowledge in perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, and infertility, equipping me to provide empathetic, knowledgeable support through these sensitive experiences. I am committed to lifelong learning and actively expand my skills through ongoing training and collaboration.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, watching baseball, and spending time with my husband and our two cats. I look forward to supporting you on your path to healing and helping you create a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with your vision. I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward a more resilient and meaningful life.
